is a macroeconomic module designed to measure the state of play in
the economies of the developed nations. Each day CONVEX
tracks and updates hundreds of financial an economic variables
for 27 EU countries and some 11 major countries of the OECD. The
findings of this analysis are tabulated and translate into a
rating or score, thus facilitating international comparisons.
CONVEX
also helps you keep an eye on how countries are performing on
benchmarks like the Maastricht norm and Growth and Stability
Pact criteria.

INDEX (Indonesian Economic Cross-Reference)* brings the
economy and public governance in Indonesia into focus. This
model maps developments in the area of finance & economy, human
& natural resources and public governance in the 33 provinces of
Indonesia.
Economic performance indices are generated by the model so it is
possible to monitor how the provincial economies in Indonesia
are developing in terms of a range of measures which include
regional income per capita, price stability, education, public
finance etc.

TARIF
measures corporate governance performance by the 600 blue chip
companies listed in Sigma Asia and Sigma Europe. Measurement is
based on the five good governance principles of the OECD which
area Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility,
Independence and Fairness.
We have used a variety of methods
to uncover corporate behavior in respect of good governance
principles and bring it into perspective. These include
structured scrutiny of company declarations to roadmap intent,
internet trawling to gauge public perception of the company, and
proxies for uncharted terrain.

VALUE*measures
the state of good public governance at provincial level in
Indonesia. Shown in detail are the results generated by the
various methods of scrutiny applied by ASPEC to each of the 33
provincial administrations. Testing has been done in conformity
with the good governance principles of Indonesia’s Good
Governance Authority (KNKG). By taking
topics like Voice and Accountability, Rule of Law, Transparency and Social Equity and applying a methodology that
embraces statistical research, checklists, internet trawling and
proxies, a picture emerges of the quality of public service
provided by each of the 33 provincial authorities of Indonesia.

is
designed to
give you
an
overview of key macro-economic and financial-market indicators
around the globe. It provides a daily updated analysis of the
economies and financial markets of the Emerging Markets, Europe
and the other advanced economies of the OECD countries,
enabling you to follow all these economies at a glance.
Some page links
take you to leading websites for the latest news or background
reports.
Completing this monitoring process is our World Sentiment
Indicator. This brings all the data together and gives an
overall reading of the mood for the world economy on a monthly
basis, presented over a two year period to date. Using over 100
leading economic indicators from around the globe it looks at
business activity and expectations and presents these in linear
chart form.

ESGE
measures corporate compliance with Environmental Values,
Social Responsibility and Good Governance in
keeping with the UN’s Principles of Responsible Investment
(PRI). Economic Sustainability has been added by Aspec to
give a broader reading. We also use the structure of Global
Reporting Initiative (GRI) as a guideline in our models.
ESGE monitors
and measures company performance under 30 headings in these four
categories. The source data is company Annual Reports, Financial
Ratios, Web Searching and News. Specially designed mini-models
translate these source data into readings and aggregate them
into the 4 categories. And so provide on-going monitoring of
ESGE compliance. |
